§1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the online platform IVI24, available at [www.ivi24.com and the conditions for the provision of electronic services by IVI24 Sp. z o.o., based in Łódź, Poland. The IVI24 Platform is a digital system that enables users to order, manage, and settle laboratory testing services, particularly in the food, cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. By accessing or using the Platform, the User accepts these Terms of Service.
§2. Definitions
User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit that has registered an account on the Platform.
Client – a User who commissions laboratory testing services via the Platform.
Partner Laboratory – a research or analytical facility cooperating with IVI24 to perform laboratory analyses.
Service – an activity provided electronically by IVI24, including intermediation in commissioning and conducting laboratory tests.
Order – a testing request or series of requests submitted by the Client through the Platform.
Client Panel – an individual user interface allowing management of orders, invoices, and laboratory results.
§3. Scope of IVI24 Services
IVI24 provides services that include:
a) granting access to the Platform;
b) transmitting testing requests to partner laboratories;
c) processing payments and settlements;
d) archiving reports and results;
e) technical and communication support.
IVI24 does not perform laboratory tests on its own and acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the laboratory.
All laboratory analyses are carried out by Partner Laboratories in accordance with applicable standards, methodologies, and quality procedures.
§4. Conditions of Platform Use
Using the Platform requires an active User account, Internet access, and acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The User undertakes to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, good faith, and the principles of fair practice. IVI24 reserves the right to temporarily limit access to the Platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical interruptions.
§5 Order Execution
The Client submits a testing request via the Platform form. Upon receipt, IVI24 forwards the inquiry to Partner Laboratories and provides the Client with comparative offers and cost estimates. After selecting an offer, the Client proceeds with payment, and the chosen laboratory performs the test. The results are made available to the Client electronically in the Client Panel.
§6. Payments and Settlements
Payments are made through the IVI24 Platform using the available payment methods (bank transfer, card payment, Blik, or other integrated gateways). Invoices are issued by IVI24, either on its own behalf or as a financial intermediary, depending on the contractual model. Service prices are displayed in PLN or in another currency as indicated in the order. Refund procedures are governed by the IVI24 Payment and Refund Policy.
§7. Complaints
Complaints concerning the functioning of the Platform or financial settlements should be sent to: reklamacje@ivi24.pl. Complaints related to laboratory test results are handled in cooperation with the Partner Laboratory that performed the service.
IVI24 undertakes to review complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
§8. Liability
IVI24 is responsible for the proper functioning of the Platform and the intermediation in service execution. IVI24 shall not be liable for the content, accuracy, or interpretation of results produced by Partner Laboratories. The User is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
§9. Personal Data Protection
The data controller is IVI24 Sp. z o.o., based in Łódź, Poland.
Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of service execution, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the IVI24 Privacy Policy.
Users have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their personal data.
§10. Final Provisions
These Terms of Service enter into force on 1 July 2025.
IVI24 reserves the right to amend these Terms, with Users being notified at least 14 days prior to any changes taking effect. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of IVI24 Sp. z o.o., located in Łódź, Poland.
